On this day, people are encouraged to treat themselves by giving in to their sweet tooth, carb-loading without having a marathon to run, and eating breakfast for dinner. Because on this day, no one can tell you what “not” to eat. Thomas and Ruth Roy created Eat What You Want Day. This day is to help people break away from the frustrating health and diet trends of our times.

This day reminds you to enjoy life with family and friends. Taking a short break from your diet regimen is good for you. Celebrate this day with your favorite dessert or snack food. It is about having one day a year of eating with no regrets. Whether you love donuts or fast food, today is your day to gratify without feeling guilty.  Just hop on your favorite food item from the menu card and grab it. Eat what you want! Rich, fried or fast, frozen, baked, or spicy, does not matter today. This holiday suggests that we bend to our kryptonite just this one time each year.

World Ego Awareness Day

Have you ever called someone a snub? Do you ever feel this person has a lot of Ego and I should maintain a distance from them? Then, probably you should get them to medical help. Yes, ego is not a personality trait when there is too much of it. It simply means they should refer a psychologist soon.

World Ego Awareness day marks the necessity to talk about Ego and excessive it as a mental disorder. The day was created in the year 2018. We celebrate the day to spread awareness on why and how people having a lot of Ego need to be treated by psychologists. Today, look around and be mindful of the behavior of the people. Look why someone is behaving the way they are and reach out to them.
