We bring to you the different reasons we should be celebrating each day through this Today column so read on to know why you should.
French Fries Day
Starting with facts, it’s ironic that the famous French Fries we’ve all had all our lives, do not originate from France, but are rooted to Belgium. French fries are those yummy, crunchy potato flakes that make us go weak in the knees every time we take it to our mouths. French fries come first to all our minds when we think of a small evening snack. The spicy and salty combo always takes the first place in many of our hearts. And, today is the day specially created to obviously celebrate this yellow-orange amazement. Not to forget, there are several types of French fries available in the market.
Now, there is no secret in how this day should be celebrated. You can celebrate the way you want, but fresh fries should be an active part of the celebration. You can cook yourself, and make your little kids jump with joy. Spread the news, that today you have the perfect companion to scare away the Monday blues.
Embrace Your Geekness Day
Geeks were often looked down upon earlier, on my recently that people have realized that being a geek is not bad, and it’s just a part of one’s personality. Today is the day to openly embrace your geekness. A day to celebrate our own selves without any sort of judgment, and loving who we are. And, also encouraging the geek mates of yours to come out and be open about it. Looking down upon ourself is going to do no good, let’s be proud.
Talk to others about your geekness, and be normal with it. It is amazing to be like this and that’s the best way to live. Also, focus on all these qualities and feel free to express them. Let’s embrace changes to make them stay longer!
