They are not sticking to the rule of working in an office all the time. Therefore, this generation is breaking the stereotype of working in an office by remotely working. It is the fact that people who are remotely working are less stressed and more efficient towards the work.
They are not relating themselves with 9-5 setup
The advent of digitalization and rise in the technologies such as work management software smartphones and many more are making work quite easy. Although these easing steps making the current generation available 24/7 for the work. Gen Z believes that there must be flexible working hours in their work. Simply, this is the generation that is considered as the “always connected” generation.
They are screen dependent
No doubt with the advent of digitalization, Gen Z is the first generation who is known as true digital natives. This is the generation who born with a high tech world of internet connectivity, which is not surprising that smartphone is center of their life. This generation feels more connected with the tech, which also reflects in their attitude and lifestyle too. It seems that it is difficult for them to live without their smartphone rather than their wallet.
Gen Z only love digital communication
As Gen Z prefers to work remotely overworking for 9-5, this does not mean that they are not interested in the physical world or they are only tech-savvy. However, face-to-face communication is the topmost priority of this generation at work. While this generation is not a kind of stranger to technology, however, they want physical communication when it comes to their work and meetings.
Gen Z is redefining beauty norms
The attitude of Gen Z towards gender fluidity is remolding the previous beauty norms. Gen Z is spending more on makeup and skincare products, and it is not only the female-identifying people. You can see the examples, there are many influencers from Jeffree Star to James Charles, who identifies as male or trans. These are some of the role models leading the way. The gender-neutral influencing is rocking the fashion world with their campaigns.
