2018 – First Multidrug Ebola Trial
Ebola as you may know is a deadly virus, usually animal bourne. It leads to organ failure and huge blood loss. Nobody knows the origin of Ebola. Thanks to evolving medicines, it is treatable now. The Democratic Republic of Congo is the first to conduct a controlled trial to treat Ebola. It is also a randomized multidrug trial. Being so, allowed the conduction of tests to be wholesome and easy. For instance, the more people are tested, the better and faster all symptoms are discovered. Both seen and unseen ones. In turn, this allowed maximum coverage. WHO announced this on November 26, 2018. The ministry of health of DRC did this trial to test the effectiveness of the drugs and to find the best solution to save as many lives as possible.
2018 – InSight mission lands on Mars

- Seismic experiment for the interior structure
The huge team of scientists did rejoice after the Mars touchdown. This should ideally be the celebration moment. However, this is not the case. They were all holding their breath in silence. Only when the Insight showed signs of perfect functioning after the landing did the scientists breathed a sigh of relief.
